After having used my account for three weeks the VPN suddenly stopped connecting yesterday onward. Moreover the user interface is forever improving.
However, the instructions and FAQs are quite helpful now. We used to love the free live support that was available earlier.
It is powerful with reasonable speed in China (even better speed in Europe where I stayed for a short while). In general we have both been satisfied with StorngVPN's services. Earlier I used to use my husband's account but it speaks for them when I say that I chose to open an account of my own as well. I have been a customer of StrongVPN for about 4 years now and have seen them balloon from what they used to be.
